I support parents, partners, siblings and adult children who have a relative with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), high emotional sensitivity, Bipolar, depression and other mental health challenges. Second Nature Relationship Coaching grew out of my desire to give hope and direction to others by sharing the emotional and practical skills that transformed my relationship with my own daughter. (See us pictured below!)
Through my lived experience along with my ongoing education in emotional support and wellbeing, I developed a strong sense of how to help families cope. Second Nature’s coaching model integrates proven therapeutic skills and emotional well-being philosophies that puts people on a path to positive relationships.
I live in Decatur, Georgia and work with clients all across the country.
